The differences are pretty simple…The base pages in Arte’ Bella are white.
The base pages in SayBella are black.
The Arte’ Bella mats are black with white bevel around the photo.
The SayBella mats are black with black bevel around the photo.
The covers and everything else are exactly the same.
An easy way to know the difference is that from the side the Arte’ Bella pages look Black White Black
Whereas the SayBella looks Black, Black Black.
It comes down to personal preference.
