Returns Policy
At The Photo Store our motto is "because your image is everything…" With YOUR images and OUR image in mind we believe that our range of Photo Albums and Presentation Products should meet or exceed your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return any order (except custom orders) for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of shipment.
The Photo Store follow the NSW Department of Fair Trading Policy regarding refunds;
We do not normally give refunds if you:
- simply change your mind
- or make a wrong decision.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit:
- where goods have been wrongly described,
- where goods are faulty,
- where goods are different from a sample shown to you
- or do not do what they are supposed to do
If you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from this site please contact us to discuss the problem. We will advise you of details for return or exchange of your purchase. Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.
How to Return an Item
Returns are simple, but are subject to certain rules:
Packages without a return authorization number will not be accepted for refund. Please contact The Photo Store PRIOR to returning goods. We will always do our best to find a mutually acceptable solution to any problem our customer may have.
The item MUST be received at The Photo Store WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS of shipment for the refund. Any items received after this period will not be accepted for refund.
Please note that all items must be returned in the same condition as received from The Photo Store. Any returns showing signs of wear or those that have had photos glued in place, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Custom orders like orders with embossing, or special mat cuts cannot be returned.
If you received a gift that was purchased at The Photo Store and wish to return it, please mention the receipt number on The Photo Store address label. As with any purchase, the gift recipient can return the item for exchange. However, if you wish to return the gift for a refund, please note that the refund will be issued to the gift purchaser and not the recipient.
At The Photo Store, we endeavor to package your items securely to prevent damage in transit. If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a "no charge" replacement, freight free. You will need to return the damaged product (or fragments which demonstrate reasonable evidence of breakage in the case of international orders) to us for assessment.
