Terms and Conditions of Product Sales

Payment in full is required prior to dispatch for all retail sales.

Australia Wide shipping and handling is a flat rate of $10 for all orders from The Photo Store.

Order as little, or as much as you like and if you order over $300 we will ship it Australia wide for FREE!

International shipping and handling is based on actual weight of the parcel.

All prices are in Australian Dollars and Include GST.

The Photo Store accept the following payment options:

 

  • Credit Cards via our secure server.

 

  • Direct Deposit to Bank (details provided upon request)

 

  • Cheques or Money Orders

Usual shipping times to Australian Capital Cities are 3-5 working days. All deliveries are sent via Australia Post E-Parcel Service. A consignment number can be provided should you wish to track your delivery. All deliveries need to be signed for. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, the Australia Post will leave a card asking you to collect the package from the nearest Post Office.

Wholesale Terms of Trade

Approved Wholesale customers are subject to WHOLESALE TERMS of TRADE

  • All new accounts are opened on a pro-forma basis.
  • We ask that the first 2 orders are paid pro-forma, after which time credit terms can be arranged.
  • Businesses must be Professional Photographers or Photographic Studios with an ABN. 
  • Stock will only be sent upon full payment of the pro-forma invoice unless already credit approved.
  • Risk in the goods supplied on all invoices transfers to the buyer at point of dispatch.
  • Goods remain the property of the supplier until payment has been received in full.
  • Any claims relating to delivery or damaged stock must be made within 7 days of receipt.
  • We will not accept returns for credit without prior authorisation.
  • Goods sold at special pricing, including clearance items, are non-returnable unless faulty
  • Payment terms are STRICTLY 30 days.
  • The Photo Store at it's discretion, reserves the right to refer overdue accounts to a Collection Agency. Customers accepting The Photo Store's wholesale terms and conditions undertake to meet all costs and commissions incurred in employing the said Collection agency to collect the overdue accounts.
