I AM a Professional Photographer; how can I buy albums at wholesale prices?

Just follow the link at the top of the home page that says "Wholesaler Login". You will be required to enter some business information (including a relevant ABN). Once we have accepted your application you will be be able to log in with your password and order at our special wholesale prices.
We ask that you order in pack quantities (where applicable) otherwise retail prices will apply.

Wholesale Terms of Trade

Approved Wholesale customers are subject to WHOLESALE TERMS of TRADE

  • All new accounts are opened on a pro-forma basis.
  • We ask that the first 2 orders are paid pro-forma, after which time credit terms can be arranged.
  • Businesses must be Professional Photographers or Photographic Studios with an ABN. 
  • Stock will only be sent upon full payment of the pro-forma invoice unless already credit approved.
  • Risk in the goods supplied on all invoices transfers to the buyer at point of dispatch.
  • Goods remain the property of the supplier until payment has been received in full.
  • Any claims relating to delivery or damaged stock must be made within 7 days of receipt.
  • We will not accept returns for credit without prior authorisation.
  • Goods sold at special pricing, including clearance items, are non-returnable unless faulty
  • Payment terms are STRICTLY 30 days.
  • The Photo Store at it's discretion, reserves the right to refer overdue accounts to a Collection Agency. Customers accepting The Photo Store's wholesale terms and conditions undertake to meet all costs and commissions incurred in employing the said Collection agency to collect the overdue accounts.
