- Make sure all your prints are 8"x12" (20cm x 30cm) size and are cut with perfect 90 degree corners. Confirm the alignment of your print BEFORE touching the double adhesive protective sheet. We recommend using Matte printed photos as they will be more forgiving if fingers touch the photos. Gloves should be worn during construction of your album AND when viewing the album.
- Peel back from the outside edge 1" of the protective sheet of the double sided adhesive and fold down.
- Lay your print over the page and centre it. Line up carefully on the exposed adhesive, careful not to press down until you are happy with position.
- Next press down the print along the exposed adhesive,using your fingers to align the print to the album page.
- With your fingers, gently pull out the protective paper while smoothing out the print SLOWLY to avoid bubbles.
- A ruler covered with a soft cloth (or the protective paper from the album packaging) can be used to smooth down the photograph.
- Once the adhesive protective sheet has been completely removed use a gloved hand or soft cloth to ensure the photo is fully in contact with the adhesive in all places, especially along all four edges.
- Repeat above stages for each photo until the album is complete.
